The customer service team provides detailed support, assisting with a wide range of technical questions, and prompt client notification of assays that cannot be performed due to concerns about specimen integrity or insufficient volume for testing.

Laboratory Courier Service

The courier team at Beaumont Laboratory provides secure, reliable, and timely transport of the specimens with convenient daily delivery schedules as well as STAT services for the surrounding metropolitan Detroit area.

Courier Hours
  • Monday – Friday:
    Routine and STAT Service, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, EST
  • Saturday:
    Routine and STAT Service, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, EST
  • Sunday:
    Routine and STAT Service, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, EST

Holiday Hours: No routine client pickups on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Laboratory Billing Offices

The Laboratory billing offices provide clients with complete, accurate, and easy-to-understand billing statements. Itemized invoices include the date of service, patient name, CPT code, test name, and testing charge.
