Customer Service (Option 5)

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing quality, timely and personalized service as needed. The customer service team provides detailed support, assisting with a wide-range of technical questions, and prompt client notification of assays that cannot be performed due to concerns about specimen integrity or insufficient volume for testing.

Billing Office (Option 4), 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. EST

The Billing office provides clients with complete, accurate, and easy-to-understand billing statements generated upon the completion of each test. Itemized invoices include the date of service, patient name, CPT code, test name, and testing charge.

Courier Service (Option 1)

Beaumont Laboratory’s Courier Service provides laboratory pickup and delivery services for hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. The couriers strive to satisfy our customers, aiming for accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
